Marketing Operative

Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns across various digital channels (social media, email, PPC, SEO) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with business objectives and target audience insights.
- Assist in creating and curating content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and newsletters.
- Analyze marketing data, including campaign performance, website traffic, and social media engagement, to identify trends and optimize future campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities such as content scheduling, email campaigns, and ad management.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Work with design and development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Support event coordination, product launches, and other marketing-related initiatives.
- Stay informed on the latest marketing trends and innovations to implement fresh, creative ideas into the company’s marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing role, with hands-on experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and copy.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills, while also able to work independently when needed.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
