Operations Assistant (Female)

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in spreadsheets, databases, and other digital tools.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational metrics and project updates.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements to optimize operations.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service, as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support ongoing projects and meet deadlines.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various tasks.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative or operational roles (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
