Operations Assistant (Female)
Fresher | Full Time | Remote
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in spreadsheets, databases, and other digital tools.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational metrics and project updates.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements to optimize operations.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service, as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support ongoing projects and meet deadlines.
- Documentation: Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various tasks.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or operational roles (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
