Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and balance across multiple projects.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and address issues proactively to avoid delays.
Client Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service.
Budget Oversight: Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Process Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of project plans, decisions, and outcomes for future reference.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in project management working in a marketing company, with at least 1 year in a senior role managing large or complex projects.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, MS Teams).
Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in leading and motivating diverse teams.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address project challenges effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Adaptability: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.
