Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote the company’s products or services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, and maintain an updated database of potential clients.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert leads into customers.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls with interested prospects to close sales or address queries.
- Customer Support: Address customer concerns, provide accurate product information, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Targets & Reporting: Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and provide regular updates on performance to the sales team.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
- CRM Management: Update customer interactions and sales progress in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
