Responsibilities:

  • Train and guide clients on the effective use of ERPNext, including its features, modules, and overall functionality.
  • Conduct interactive training sessions (both online and in-person) to ensure clients understand how to use ERPNext for their specific business needs.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, doubts, and issues related to the usage of the ERPNext application.
  • Develop training materials, including guides, tutorials, and presentations, to support client learning and improve overall understanding of the platform.
  • Customize training sessions based on the client's business processes and requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest ERPNext updates and enhancements, incorporating them into training sessions.
  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear instructions and feedback in English, ensuring all training objectives are met.
  • Gather feedback from training sessions and implement improvements for better client experiences.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in training or implementing ERP systems, specifically ERPNext.
  • Strong knowledge of ERPNext’s modules, features, and customization capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering effective training materials and presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to assist clients in overcoming issues related to ERPNext usage.
  • Ability to manage multiple training sessions and client needs simultaneously.
  • Patience and adaptability to meet diverse client learning needs.
