Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing, monitoring, and maintaining websites to ensure smooth functionality, performance, and uptime.
  • Collaborate with developers and design teams to implement website updates, improvements, and bug fixes.
  • Help manage content uploads, ensuring that the latest information, images, and media are correctly displayed on the site.
  • Monitor site performance metrics, such as load times, uptime, and responsiveness, and provide reports on performance issues.
  • Conduct routine testing to ensure compatibility across browsers, devices, and operating systems.
  • Support the execution of SEO strategies to improve website rankings and visibility.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise, providing quick and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in managing website backups, security protocols, and ensuring the overall health of the site.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize the user experience (UX) and improve website functionality based on feedback and analytics.

Requirements:

  • 0.5+ years of experience in web operations, web development, or a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
  • Understanding of basic SEO principles and website performance metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with web hosting, domain management, and basic site security measures is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other performance tracking platforms is a bonus.
